Thurston Lava Tube - The Pink Elephant with Nipples for Tusks

The Thurston Lava Tube is a psychedelic, experimental surf instrumental group from Leicester, England who plays wigged out, fun, sometimes avant garde music. Excellent musicianship, with organs and synths adding to the guitar mix. Muy coolo.

  1. Also - the CD version, housed in a very nice digipak - includes a secret bonus live album in mp3 format, and, along with the Lava Tube's other four CDs, is available from www.cordeliarecords.co.uk

  3. Thanks, Jim. The live album is fun especially the covers of "What's the ulgliest part of your body" a Zappa fave, and the theme to "Fireball XL-5". so folks, if you like what you hear - go buy the goods. Support the bands that make this great stuff.
